Microsoft Word: How to use the Accessibility Checker

Navigate to the Review tab in Microsoft Word
Select 'Check Accessibility'
Accessibility Assistant pane shows issues
List of accessibility issues

Instructions

  1. Go to the Review tab.
  2. Select Check Accessibility.
  3. Review suggestions in the right-hand panel.
  4. Select each item to fix or learn more.
