Microsoft Word: How to use Read Aloud

Open the 'Review' tab in Microsoft Word
Select 'Read Aloud' under the 'Speech' section
Read Aloud toolbar appears
Use the controls to play, pause, and skip
Use the 'X' button to close the toolbar

Instructions

  1. Open your document.
  2. Go to the Review tab.
  3. Select Read Aloud.
  4. Use the playback controls to start, pause or skip.
  5. Adjust voice and speed using the settings icon.
