Microsoft Teams: How to Enable automatic record and transcribe Before a Meeting

Navigate to Calendar in Microsoft Teams
Select the meeting to open its details
Click on 'Meeting options'
Toggle 'Record and transcribe automatically' on
Click 'Apply' to save changes

Instructions

  1. After a meeting navigate to the Calendar in Teams.
  2. Select and open the meeting.
  3. Navigate to the Meeting options tab.
  4. Toggle Record and transcribe automatically on.
  5. Apply changes.
