Built in MacOS: How to adjust System-wide Contrast Settings

Navigate to System Settings from the Apple menu
Select Accessibility from the left-hand menu
Adjust contrast settings

Instructions

  1. Navigate to System Settings through the Apple menu.
  2. Navigate to Accessibility and select Display.
  3. Turn on Increase contrast or Reduce motion/transparency.
