Built in MacOS: How to turn on Keyboard Navigation

Navigate to System Settings from the Apple menu
Select Accessibility from the left-hand menu
Select Keyboard from the left-hand menu
Adjust Keyboard settings

Instructions

  1. Navigate to System Settings through the Apple menu.
  2. Navigate to Accessibility and select Keyboard.
  3. Turn on Full Keyboard Access.
  4. Use Tab, Arrow keys, and Space/Return to navigate and select items.

Tips: Use Control + F7 to toggle keyboard navigation settings quickly.
