Built in MacOS: How to increase contrast or use inverted colours

Navigate to System Settings from the Apple menu
Select Accessibility from the left-hand menu
Adjust contrast settings
Adjust contrast settings

Instructions

  1. Navigate to System Settings through the Apple menu.
  2. Navigate to Accessibility and select Display.
  3. Toggle Increase contrast, Reduce transparency, or Invert colours.
  4. Adjust intensity with sliders if available.
